Wow just had such a negative experience with VerticalResponse.com So I asked them to close account which is less then 3 hours old... I joined them as I seen competitor
using and liked the service.... I paid $240 loadeded 39,000 opt in emails we own
as the service states mail unlimited for the month for $240 up to 40,000.....

Everything looked awesome... Loaded list, loaded mailer then got bout 6 denials
of being able to email.... Which I fixed the issues... Then kept getting denials
and I was beginning to feel like a criminal for even trying to use the service.

Called customer service said whats the issue..... First they didnt want any emails
that contained Money making offers.... So changed the email to product based merchandise we sell.... Still Denied.....

So called back to VerticalResponse.com and then they had me on hold for eternity
and said after speaking with someone in the back we could only email 1000 people
out of the 39,000 we loaded...... I quickly told them I felt like I was a criminal for even trying the service and asked to close the account and be granted a refund.

They closed the account as requested
